Queens being equipped to empower their community

HelpSelf celebrated Women's History Month by hosting a Women's Seminar. The seminar focused on peer leadership and educated attendees of women's numerous contributions to society. HelpSelf was able to host a celebration at our Learning Center, which allowed the children to learn more about inventions by diverse women throughout history and career path opportunities. Also, to show our appreciation, we provided a gift card to seven local women led businesses that are making a difference in our community.
